"My wife had an accident that caused quite a bit of damage to her vehicle. We first contacted the office minutes after the accident, not really expecting to get Chris Sexton on the phone. He did answer, and immediately began working on things, but most importantly asked if my wife was ok and how she was. Over the next few days, State Farm has shows us nothing but the highest level of customer service across several different teams working on our claim."
